Do you see that dark shadow on the floor?
I'm not me anymore.
I've become that shadow that you see.
A living rememberance of the once me.
Do you see that dark shadow on the ground?
That's me, moving without a single sound.
You can only see me where there's light.
Otherwise I disappear into the night.
I am the dark shadow that you see.
I know that its' hard to believe but it's me.
I am all this and more,
unfeeling, numb, mute,and sore.
I can tell you don't know who I am now.
You're still wondering how,
I came to be this way.
A dark shadow that can never stay.

It's a great poem and fells like a song (a sad one) and the entire poem has great balance
but in my opinion it got a bit repetitive,like when he reafirms that hes the dark shadow we see
I am not very know at poems but I liked this a lot,keep the good work.
